It is with great joy and excitement that I share my new creation with you: a healing place to fully immerse yourself in the guided practices of Inquiry-Based Coaching (IBC) and Parts Work. With great love and inspiration, I have created a beautiful space to support inner transformation and healing in Valle de Bravo.

Is a picturesque little town in the mountains with a beautiful lake two hours from Mexico City. It has been proclaimed one of Mexico’s Pueblos Mágicos (Magical Towns) for the incredible magical energy it holds.. It is here that I have experienced some of the happiest and most profound transformations of my life. This town is so close to my heart, I knew I would return one day to offer transformative retreats in this beloved community. After raising a family in Vancouver that time is NOW.
In this serene, inspiring setting we will explore our deepest selves using the powerful methods of IBC and Parts Work. Inquiry Based Coaching is based on a set of 12 open ended questions designed to transform our perception of life radically and persistently allowing us to reorganize what is getting in the way of the most joyful and powerful expression of ourselves. Parts Work focuses on the belief and understanding that we are a complex system made of many parts. These parts take on different roles and responsibilities in our system. Sometimes these parts end up taking on deep burdens because of trauma and hardship. The core of who we are is a boundless space of clarity, understanding, compassion, self-alignment, joy and love that we refer to as ZEROSPACE. The key to living in this space is to recognize the multiplicity of our own mind and support the healing of ALL parts of us.
In this special location, we will:
• Enjoy delicious healthy meals prepared in-house and made with locally sourced ingredients. • Have guided daily meditations and breathwork.
• Explore the beautiful nature surrounding Valle de Bravo.
• Experience the culture of this charming colonial town
• Relax in quiet time and make space for reflection and journaling.
• Share meaningful conversations and insights by the fire at night in the cozy living room.
• Option to attend a Temazcal (Mexican ceremonial sweat lodge) for an additional charge.
• Massage available upon request for an additional charge.
(Please note retreats run from Monday morning to noon the following Saturday. Arrival from Mexico City to Valle is on Sunday
Cost - $3,050 USD (includes accommodation, food, and retreat)
